I finished the Motorcycle Ohio course today. It was fun but nerve-wracking in spots. I found myself over thinking too much of the skills we were practicing on the test range. I was also glad that the weather was cooperating this weekend. The temperatures stayed in the low 80's and we even had some cloud cover during a brief period of light rain.
I've had a nice chat with my cousin Elaine in Indiana. It is nice to be able to just chat aimlessly with family with no expectations or bad karma to deal with. I look forward to seeing them in their native habitat of Lafayette. I've already asked her to give me at least a partial tour of Purdue University, which sounds interesting. If they had any openings for research assistants, I would seriously consider it at this point.
